GiftAid - A refresh

3 years 7 months ago

Gift Aid is important for UK charities, and means millions of pounds extra go to the charity sector. Each time an eligible tax payer donates and forgets to tick the Gift Aid box, the charity misses out.

Over the years the GiftAid extension for CiviCRM has evolved and we are now reviewing it to ensure the process is easy for donors to make a declaration and to ensure that administrators can process GiftAid claims easily and with confidence.

"Meeting" the Community in Corona times

3 years 9 months ago

Before Corona was in our midst we communicated with our customers and community members in the old fashioned way: we organized small onsite meetups once or twice a year in the Netherlands where 15 to 20 people (mainly Dutch) turned up and we had an enjoyable time together exchanging knowledge and experience.

Webinars: Translation for developers

3 years 10 months ago

CiviCRM is available in over 25 languages, thanks for the many efforts of hundreds of translators around the world, but also from CiviCRM developers who have made sure that the texts in the software can be translated and adapted to differents regions.

Occasionally, a feature or a piece of text might not be in the correct language, usually because of a bug in how the code was written.
